He joined the OPIA Board of Directors in 1985 and is the current Chair of the Board. He served as an Ontario representative on both the CPIA Board and PIA Board over the years. He is proud to have received the CPIA Award of Merit in 2004 and the CPIA Distinguished Service Award in 2008.

Dave is retired basketball referee, having been a High School, College and University referee for 25 years. Today golf is his favourite hobby.

Dave was part of the committee tasked with reorganizing CPIA as a federation of regional associations. He is very pleased by our success in the restructuring. Dave is a strong believer in Industry Associations as he sees them as good for the Industry and good for the member.
