SUMMARY:Agentic AI in Print Workflows: Live Demo\, Guardrails\, and Pilot Planning
DESCRIPTION:Artificial intelligence in print continues to move past prompts and into repeatable operational tasks. This follow-up workshop brings Agentic AI out of theory and into a practical “ride along” workshop format\, where our presenters demonstrate how inputs become structured outputs inside realistic print roles and constraints.\n \n\n OPIA welcomes Christopher Smyth and Lee Eldridge for this interactive session focused on demo\, critique\, and deployment-ready thinking. Using our February Print Pulse Live session: Beyond the Prompt: Agentic AI for Print Professionals as a foundation\, the goal of this month’s webinar is to show what a well-scoped AI agent actually looks like when it is asked to perform clear tasks with realistic inputs\, boundaries\, approved data\, and human oversight.\n \n\n The key idea is that AI is already present and active in many workplaces\, but there are risks around informal adoption without governance or reproducibility\, and opportunities in formalizing both tools and processes organizationally. Agentic AI was introduced as a supervised role-based system that can reliably convert unstructured inputs into structured decisions and documents\, provided it is constrained by instructions\, data access rules\, and review steps.\n \n\n This workshop assumes that foundation and moves to the next logical phase: What does this look like in a workflow that you can actually test and pilot?\n \n\n Through this walkthrough of setting up an agent tasked to perform a specific task or job\, session attendees will observe the various inputs\, the implementation of the reasoning structure\, the checks\, and the final outputs.\n \n\n The Session will focus on…\n \n\n\n A very brief refresher on agentic AI and why data sovereignty and the “role plus data plus rules” system can make your automation more reliable and consistent with your business needs.\n \n\n Live “ride-along” demo(s) of set up and testing with print-specific examples\n \n\n Group critique prompts\, where participants are asked to help identify risks\, gaps\, and potential process improvements\n \n\n A guided deployment worksheet: \n\n\n Pick a use case\n \n\n Define the agent\n \n\n Map the data / input sources\n \n\n Set output standards and review rules\n \n\n Test!\n \n\n\n\n Group Brainstorming around other roles and tasks that fit this structure\n \n\n Open Q and A focused on implementation and adoption barriers

SUMMARY:From Confusion to Conversion: How One Messaging Playbook Unified Our Company and Closed More Deals
DESCRIPTION:Is your company struggling with inconsistent messaging across departments? Are you talking more about what makes you proud rather than what makes your customers’ jobs easier? Join us for an exploration of how a company-wide Messaging Playbook can transform your business. Discover how one organization moved from having multiple departments sharing different messages with customers—creating confusion rather than clarity—to a unified approach that resonates. Learn why talking about company pride points like decades of history often misses the mark on what actually matters to customers.\n \n\n In this candid session\, you’ll discover:\n \n\n\n The hidden cost of fragmented messaging – How departmental silos dilute your value proposition and confuse prospects\n \n\n The customer-first framework shift – Why leading with customer problems (not your pride points) changes everything\n \n\n The attract-then-prove strategy – How to structure your messaging to first draw customers in\, then build trust with your credentials\n \n\n Real ROI from alignment – Concrete results from having one cohesive\, customer-facing message across the entire organization\n \n\n\n This session will walk you through an honest “before and after” case study—from a melting pot of feel-good but ineffective messages to a unified playbook that helped close more deals. You’ll leave with practical insights on how to assess your current messaging\, identify what’s resonating (and what’s not)\, and build alignment across your organization.\n \n\n Register here: https://ontarioprinting.org/home/opia-industry-events/event-registration/
