Call for Speakers: Print Pulse Live Free Webinar Series

Our Print Pulse Live Webinar series is on the hunt for great speakers! OPIA’s free webinar series for the print and allied graphic industries is looking to complete our line-up of 2026 webinar sessions. This monthly webinar series is open to both OPIA members and the industry at large, free of cost for attendees.

We are currently building out our speaker calendar and are inviting session proposals from across the industry. If you have a useful story, a repeatable workflow, a hard-won lesson, or a clear view of what is changing in the market and want to share, we would love to hear from you!

What makes a strong Print Pulse Live session

We prioritize sessions that are relevant to the print and graphic communications industries and grounded in real work. That can include presentations, case studies, a how-to walkthrough, a panel discussion, or an interview-style conversation. Vendor participation is welcome when the session is educational and centred on outcomes (not a sales pitch).

Topics we are actively looking for:

  • Government Grant and Funding programs applicable to Print
  • Workflow and prepress automation (MIS/ERP integration, job onboarding, shop-floor data)
  • Colour management, quality control, and process consistency
  • Packaging, labels, finishing, embellishment, and production planning
  • Pricing, estimating, profitability, and operational decision-making
  • Sustainability practices with measurable impact
  • Workforce development: training pathways, retention, recruitment, and onboarding
  • Cybersecurity and operational risk for production environments

Format and time commitment

Webinars are held live, and run 45 to 60 minutes total (typically 30 to 40 minutes plus Q&A)  delivered online during business hours (Eastern Time). Webinars are recorded and posted for those that could not attend in person at the time. If your proposal is a fit, we will coordinate a short tech check and confirm your title, description, and what you want promoted.
