We hereby apply for enrolment as an active member in the Ontario Printing and Imaging Association. We undertake to keep our membership in good standing by paying dues for each quarterly, annual, or other period, in advance upon being invoiced. We understand that arrears extending beyond six (6) months may cause suspension of services and cancellation of membership. Cancellation, in this case, of membership or resignation does not relieve the member of financial obligation to the OPIA.
